Mulberry House is a spacious, 3 bedroom house located 600 metres from the Main street of Rutherglen; within easy walking distance to cafe’s, restaurants, Wine Bars and hotels. Sleeps up to 6 people, with modern and beautiful amenities. Leisurely 15 minute walk to the Main Street of Rutherglen. 10 minutes walk to the golf course and the iconic 45kms of Rail Trail around the wineries and the majestic Murray River. 

Mulberry House does not charge a Booking Fee for guests.

There is a one off Cleaning fee of $100 for each booking.

A maximum of x 1 Pet is permitted. 

Special Price: Weekends – $350 total per night for the house.   Sleeps up to x 6 people (plus x 1 baby, if sleeping in a Porta Cot).

Long Weekends (Public Holidays): $450 total per night for the house. 

Mulberry House is available for booking for the June Long Weekend (4th, 5th, 6th June 2026).  This is a main event in Rutherglen, so I suggest you book early.

‘Mulberry House is an ideal house if you wish to catch up with family and friends. The home was very well set out. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds with beautiful linen. There were also plenty of towels for all to use. The backyard was excellent for the children to play in. We ate under the pergola for all our meals as we could all chat and cook on the barbecue and interact with the kids at the same time’. Faye

‘Mulberry House is an absolute gem.  The pantry was stocked and a beautiful bottle of wine chilled awaiting us after our trip from Melbourne. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the air-conditioning was superb for the hot days. Mulberry is only a 9 minute stroll to the main shopping strip and there’s a public swimming pool if you decide you want to cool off on the way!! You are right in the heart of all the great wineries of the region.
